TERRAZZO

The Venetian terrazzo floor traces its origins to ancient Greece and Rome where this distinctive version of mosaic floor became highly popular. The Calligaris Studio drew inspiration from the original floor, replicating the texture for its TERRAZZO rug, in which the warm beige base is enriched by a varied assortment of “tiles” of different sizes and colors.
