Our handmade sofas are created from the original ideas of our designers. Professionals of style imagine welcoming lines from which the elegance of the classics and the encouragement from modern trends arise. 

This skillful balance is maintained thanks to the intervention of designers who interpret the ideas into 3D visualizations. Here, the images begin to take shape, materializing into those prototypes which after being thoroughly tested and modified, reach the highest standards of comfort and stability, becoming the emblem of Made in Italy sofas.

Maxdivani products are completely made in Italy in the heart of Altamura; the workplace’s proximity allows each employee the best combination between work commitments and family life

FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION

Rocco Ferri opened a small artisan shop in Altamura in 1956, among the fragrances of the Murgia region, the white steeples of the Cathedral dedicated to the Assunta, the paved streets of the historical centre and the aroma of fresh bread baked in a wood-burning oven. Specializing in fabrics and upholstery, the shop soon became a factory and, via the name of its founder, a recognized brand: Ferrirocco immediately became synonymous with quality, tradition and culture. 

Today the founder’s experience has been passed on from one generation to the next; to Mimmo, sole administrator, and to his children Rocco and Paola, respectively head of the product research/development sector and commercial sector.

Each sofa is the result of 60 years of experience enriched by the creative contribution of designers, architects and interior decorators who best express the needs of contemporary clients. 

Every idea finds its full achievement thanks to the skilled hands of artisans in a synthesis between antique and contemporary, dexterity and technology.
