The Heinz History Center in the Strip District has recently transformed their second story into an exhibit celebrating Pittsburgh’s 250th anniversary, titled Pittsburgh: A Tradition of Innovation.  Perlora is honored to have been selected by the History Center to create a space for the exhibit.  Perlora created and furnished a space designed for a modern, 21st century professional couple in Pittsburgh.  The space features many aspects of the sustainable design movement, including refurbished vintage furniture, recycled content fabrics, natural materials, and low-VOC paints.   

The exhibit opens on November 8th.  Stop by to check out our exhibit at the History Center soon!

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in Pittsburgh

Perlora recently donated the majority of the home furnishings for the Extreme Makeover Home Edition for a family in Penn Hills, which will be airing on ABC on January 4th at 8 pm.
